"This agency has a serious lack of communication. My billing/payments were never explained and inaccessible via the app. My bill was never consistent and varied by up to $50/month. I just recently reached out to cancel my policy and received no response or acknowledgement of cancellation. I’ve never had issues with State Farm before, so it’s probably just this agent. Go anywhere else!!"

"My parents had Ned Sands as an agent for 20+ years. His service was amazing. He called to check on them, he delivered checks to their doorstep to make sure they got them, he (or a staff member) was always available when they needed something. They had answers for questions. There was no need to have someone call back, because they knew their stuff. When Ned retired, Sarah acquired their account. They have called and not received return calls from her. They were in a VERY serious car accident (see pic) after someone t-boned them at full speed. They reached out to her for help. She never called back and the person who answers her phones didn't know how to answer any questions. They needed help knowing who to charge all their medical bills to and how to sort through everything WHILE THEY WERE IN THE HOSPITAL and in lots of pain! Nothing. They had to hire a lawyer to help them because they got no help from Sarah. My mother's credit card was recently compromised and she had to cancel it and start transferring everything to a new card. Her old card was on auto pay to pay the insurance. Because of this, her premium was not paid. She just got a general letter from State Farm saying that her insurance was cancelled. This is when she's still in the middle of recovering from the accident. Ned, or any responsible agent, would have called right away to let them know about the lapse. It's beyond disappointing. If anyone can recommend a better agent, we're all ears! This is not working out. I RARELY do negative reviews (99% of them are 5 stars!) but I don't want anyone to go through what my parents have gone through."
