"I've been with Sarah's office for over a year now and am happy with everyone I've had contact with. Hunter was an amazing 1st contact when I was looking for a new insurance provider. My insurance coverage was better and less expensive than it was with Progressive...and that's including with adding renter's insurance. Today I spoke with Erik to add a new car to my policy. "This agency has a serious lack of communication. My billing/payments were never explained and inaccessible via the app. My bill was never consistent and varied by up to $50/month. I just recently reached out to cancel my policy and received no response or acknowledgement of cancellation. I’ve never had issues with State Farm before, so it’s probably just this agent. Go anywhere else!!"
